Terms of Service
Draft — last updated July 21, 2026. This document requires legal review before launch.
1. What PEW is
PEW is a website that provides an interface to a decentralized, non-custodial lending protocol running on the TON blockchain. The protocol itself is a set of smart contracts that nobody, including us, can pause, reverse, or alter on your behalf.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the protocol interface.
2. No custody, no intermediation
We never take possession of your assets. Collateral is held by smart contracts, loans are funded from a shared on-chain pool, and every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain-based financial services. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.
4. Risks
Digital assets are volatile. NFT valuations can change quickly, and collateral sold at auction may fetch less than you expect. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Use the protocol only with funds and assets you can afford to lose.
5. No financial advice
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, or tax advice. Numbers shown in the interface (valuations, yields, auction prices) are informational and not guarantees.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the interface for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited in your jurisdiction, and you may not attempt to disrupt or exploit the website or the protocol.
7. Intellectual property
The PEW name, logo, and website content belong to the project. You may not use them commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The website and the protocol interface are provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the protocol, including losses caused by smart contract failures, blockchain outages, wallet issues, or market movements.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
